Mario is a veteran of the top sushi counters in both Denver and Chicago. While living in Chicago he also ran a widly successful underground sushi dinner club. First rule of underground sushi dinner club? Don't talk about underground sushi dinner club.
Americano's own Chef Craig is trading his knives that night for his best sport coat and will serve as your bartender and cruise director. He'll pour wines and sake and answer all your most pressing questions.
