There’s finally an answer to the most popular question we hear at the PastaBar farmer’s market booth: “Do you guys have a gluten free pasta?” Given the size of our kitchen, we’re unable to produce a true “gluten free” product ourselves so we turned to Tuscan pasta makers Caponi for their tagliatelle made with corn and rice flour. Perfect with PastaBar Sunday Sauce or a rich mushroom ragu.
